We built an entire platform around people sharing vulnerable decisions. We operate the same way internally — no hidden agendas, no layers of middle management obscuring reality.
Our data is longitudinal by design. We measure outcomes at 1, 3, and 5-year intervals. We apply the same patience to how we build the company.
We don't plan to be a large team. We plan to be an essential one. Every person we hire should make the product meaningfully better in a direct, traceable way.

Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Own and evolve our Next.js + MongoDB platform. You'll work on AI pipelines, longitudinal data systems, and a product used by researchers and everyday decision-makers.
Machine Learning Engineer
Design the vector search and embedding systems that power our AI Intelligence Reports. You'll work with embedding models, similarity search, and structured reasoning over messy human data.
Research Partnerships Lead
Build our relationships with academic institutions, decision-science researchers, and journalists who want access to the archive for rigorous analysis.
